– Before making a prepayment the Customer always receives detailed information about the ordered service, what he will receive upon completion of our work, in what period of time the work will be completed.
– When ordering the development of a project, Telegram application, bot, token, etc. – a technical specification filled out in detail by the Client (hereinafter – “Brief”) is agreed upon. Brief fixes the scope of work, is the final estimate of the project. All works not described in the Brief agreed with the Client are agreed and paid additionally.
– The Company reserves the right to refuse the Customer’s order before making the prepayment. At the same time explaining the reason for refusal to the Client.
– Under no circumstances the amount of refund to the Client may exceed the amount actually paid by the Client to the Company for the order.

– All disputable situations are resolved through negotiations between the Company’s management and the Client.
